We like to talk up our members and how they provided us or people in our extended network with an exceptional business experience.
We give each other specific, actionable referrals.
This has nothing to do with business. We take advantage of this chance to recognize a member for who they are outside the office and the impact they have on the community.
We report meetings throughout the week with fellow members…face-to-face, on the phone, via e-mail, via text, whatever creates business.
We ultimately want to improve everyone’s bottom line, and we do so by reporting the specific dollar amounts that came from our members referrals.
