Who We Are

Hi everyone! I am Ron McKenzie, the General manager for Mr.Rooter Plumbing of tri cities. We also serve the lower valley all the way to yakima; and down south into Hermiston. I have been with my company since September 2011 and have worked my way up the ranks. The company I work for has taught me so much in the field and in life. We read and watch motivational novels in leadership groups as well as attend seminars to help us succeed inside and outside of work. we frequently train with our vendors so that we know as much as we can about the products we offer. Were also always touching on and training with manufactures on the newest tech in our industry so that we can offer our customers all possible solutions if something is not working. I am very passionate about the work I do because myself and our company truly care about our customers. We have been in business since 1996 and have built relationships that have lasted throughout those years. Some of my customers have become my friends because there's just something about being a (Mr.) that people enjoy! A little a more about me; I am a father of 2 boys and Husband of 14 years. I love all your typical guy stuff like fishing, hunting, dirt biking, 4wheelin, and lots of camping. I'm a big fan of anything that "goes boom" lol !!! We've recently bought 'which we believe is" our forever home. We have 3 acres out in finley and were trying out the farm life. So far we have a decent size garden and chickens until, we get more fencing in but, we are in love with our space! I am an open book and would love to tell my story to just about anyone so If you wanna come see me out here, grab lunch, or whatever just hit me up!

What We Offer

Here at Mr.Rooter Plumbing we lead in the service industry by providing an experience to our customers, not just a service call. From time we get to their home and park (not parking in the driveway), to walking up to their door (not in the lawn), laying down a mat at the door, wipe our boots, and put on our shoe protectors, all before entering a customers home! We always make several points of contact with our customers before talking about pricing. Than when it comes to (how much will this cost) we do our best to give a customer 3 options; good, better, best. Here is a quick list of services we offer. Drain cleaning, Hydro scrubbing, trenchless water or sewer line replacement, chain flailing, and septic pumping. We also repair or replace the following items: Water heaters, faucets, toilets, shut off valves, shower valves, dishwashers, garbage disposals, septic pumps or floats, septic panels, drain fields, and or tanks, lift stations, well pumps, and pressure tanks. THE LIST GOES ON !!! Also please don't forget commercial clients! We have a wide verity of skills and knowledge in the commercial side of service work.
